Use of the website and purchase of a product implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions define the rights and obligations binding Sabrion LLC and any person making a purchase on the masalati website.

2. Products & descriptions

The products offered are described with the utmost care: texts, photos, videos and technical specifications.

However:

The visuals are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual product (screen, lighting, manufacturing changes).
The descriptions are provided for information purposes only but accurately reflect the actual use of the product.

We undertake to supply a product that complies with its stated use.

3. Essential characteristics

The essential characteristics of our products include:

The type of material
Operation and use
Dimensions (if applicable)
Instructions for use and maintenance
Any safety precautions

The customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these details before making their purchase.

4. Availability & limitations

Our products are offered while stocks last.

4.1 Limitations

We reserve the right to:

Limit the quantity of products per order.
Temporarily suspend access to the site in the event of high demand.
Modify certain product information if necessary to ensure quality.

In the event of exceptional unavailability, the customer will be informed by e-mail.

5. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), including all taxes.

They may be modified at any time, but the price invoiced remains that in effect at the time of order confirmation. Delivery costs and any bank charges are indicated during the payment process.

6. Payment

Payments are completely secure and can be made via:

Credit card
Apple Pay
Google Pay
Shop Pay
Other methods available depending on the country

The amount is debited immediately at the time of ordering.

7. International bank charges

As the operating company is based in the United States (SABRION LLC), some European banks may apply:

Currency conversion fees
International payment fees

These fees are independent of Masalati and remain the responsibility of the customer.

8. Ordering

The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Byafiya cannot be held responsible in the event of:

Errors in the delivery address
Non-receipt of the parcel due to incorrect information

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

9. Shipping & delivery
10.1 Products in stock

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 days from dispatch (excluding weekends and public holidays).

11. Failed delivery & non-collection of the parcel

In the event of:

Failure to collect the parcel from the collection point
Incorrect or incomplete address
Impossibility of delivery by the carrier
Return of the parcel to the sender

The costs of reshipment, or where applicable the costs deducted from a refund (excluding initial shipping costs), shall be borne by the customer. No free returns can be guaranteed in these situations.

12. Returns (14 days)

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must:

Be unworn and unused
Be in perfect condition
Be in its original packaging with its labels

13. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

If the return is approved, the refund will be made via the original payment method within 10 working days.
Bank processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

14. Damaged & defective products

In the event of a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photographs. We will offer a suitable solution (replacement, refund, etc.).

15. Cancellation & order changes

Once an order has been confirmed, there is no guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled.

If the order is already being prepared or has been shipped, no changes can be made.
Pre-orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has started, unless we give our exceptional consent.

16. Liability

Masalati cannot be held liable for:

Indirect damage related to the use of the products
Delays attributable to third parties (carriers, customs, etc.)
Improper use of the products by the customer

17. Intellectual property

All content on the byafiya.com website (text, images, videos, logos, design, etc.) is the exclusive property of Sabrion LLC or is subject to a licence agreement. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation.

18. Applicable law

These T&Cs are subject to the laws in force in the State of New Mexico (United States), without prejudice to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers residing in the European Union when making cross-border purchases.
