1. Preparation and shipping times

Items in stock

When an item is listed as in stock, it is prepared and shipped within an estimated 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

3. Delivery times

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery takes 3 to 5 working days.
You will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your parcel.

4. Delivery address

Please check your address carefully when placing your order.
We cannot change an address once the parcel has been dispatched.

5. Separate orders

If your order contains items that are in stock and items that are on pre-order,
it may be dispatched in a single shipment once all items are available.

6. Possible delays

Although we do our utmost to meet the announced delivery times, delays beyond our control may occur (transport, customs, production volume, etc.).
We will keep you informed in the event of any changes.

7. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are indicated when placing your order.
They vary depending on the country and the shipping method chosen.
